Hi, I'm Britt...

     Wellness Coach & NLP Master

Melbourne (Australia) had reopened in November 2021 after two years of lock downs and I was excited and happy to be out and again living my life. To fund my coaching training, I returned to working casually in hospitality, complying with the mandated treatments to effect this. My goal was to finish retraining as a life coach, a career change after many years of working as a retail store manager. I felt that I had more to give to the world.
 
Then I collapsed going up a flight of stairs on Boxing Day 2021. Over the next year my legs shook constantly and were very weak and I developed extreme fatigue. I could only be on my feet a few hours maximum per day. I also developed intense brain fog, trembling, overall weakness, and my sense of balance was shot. Spasticity and tremors came and went and I experienced tingling and numbness, pain and stiffness. At one stage I had to hang onto the walls of my apartment to get to the bathroom. Most my time was spent resting in a daze as I was unable to do much else.  

Feeling vulnerable and helpless, I questioned how I was to survive, both physically and financially. After a year of this, frustrated and fed up with the lack of insight, clear direction and gaslighting from the medics, I decided to take my health back into my own hands.  

New Years Day 2023, nearly a year to the date of collapsing on the cinema stairs, I started a raw food low fat detoxification diet. I had done a similar short cleanse in 2019, inspired by the Medical Medium, successfully ridding myself of niggling peri-menopause symptoms. Armed with whatever raw fruit and vegetables I could get my hands on (I relied a lot on Foodbank), I saw positive changes within the first two weeks. It took four months to where I was having more good days than bad days, days where I was having no symptoms at all.  

In 2024 I can say confidently I am participating in life again. Yay! I still experience minor  flares and triggers of course, the reality is I have a chronic neurological illness, but it is one that I successfully manage through diet. I can walk, go to the gym, move interstate and run a business.  

I now want to bring my experience and knowledge to help you. I’ll educate and support you to make the dietary changes that are required for you to move the needle on your health,  to
gether with NLP coaching techniques & Time Line Therapy for a complete mind-body transformation. NLP & Time Line Therapy can create an empowering future for you. 

I am based in the Sunshine Coast, Australia for face to face sessions, or we can work together online.
